Most phishing gets through because it looks ordinary. It arrives from a name you know, about a thing you were expecting.
The tell is almost always the domain. Read the bit after the @ properly, one character at a time.
Question 1 of 2
Which of these is the clearest sign of a phishing email?
It was sent on a Friday afternoonThe sender domain is one character offcheck_circleIt has an attachmentEveryone clicks through it in eleven minutes, the week before the audit.
Last opened during someone’s induction. In 2023.
Twelve percent open rate, and no way to prove who read it.
“Show me your awareness training records.”And then the scramble starts.
There’s a better way to do this. It fits in a pocket.
What InfoNudge is
Deliver
Write it once, schedule it, and it lands in every employee’s feed with a push notification. One company or fifty, on the date you choose.

Ten points for reading. Ten more for every right answer. A company leaderboard that gives people a reason to care.
See how the points workAnswer
Your team asks a question and gets an answer built from your own guidance, with a link to the article it came from. If nothing covers it, it says so.

Every read and every score recorded against the person who did it. Awareness training records that write themselves.
See the evidence trailHow it works
From a blank composer to an audit-ready record. This is the whole product in six steps.
A short piece of content: a policy in plain English, a warning about a live scam, a reminder before an audit. Add an image, a PDF, or a video.
Two or three multiple-choice questions so you know it landed. Mark the right answers and you’re done.
Pick your companies, pick your date, tick "send a push notification". InfoNudge handles the rest at the moment you chose.
A notification arrives, they tap it, and two minutes later they’re done. Nobody has to be chased on a Friday afternoon.
Ten points for reading. Ten for every correct answer. Points go on the company leaderboard, and suddenly people are competing to be compliant.
Every view, every score, every person, timestamped. When the auditor asks who’s been trained, the answer is already on screen.
The bit that makes it work
Ten points for reading a nudge. Ten for every question they get right. That’s the whole mechanic, and it gives people a reason to open the app.
Some clients run a monthly prize. Some just let the bragging rights do the work.
The content library
Consultants Like Us write it, tag it to the control families it evidences, and keep it current. You can write your own too, or copy ours and make it yours.
Whatever format the message needs. All of it searchable, all of it saveable.
This library is also the only thing the advisor is allowed to answer from. Publish an article and it starts showing up in answers.
The advisor
Your team can ask the advisor a compliance question in plain English. It answers from your published guidance and links to the article it used. If your library has nothing on the question, it says so. It doesn’t make things up.
Tell your line manager and report it the same day you notice. The device gets wiped remotely, so don’t wait until you’ve had a proper look for it. If there was client data on it, it’s logged as a potential incident.
The advisor lives in the InfoNudge web portal. Open the portal
For the compliance lead
Built for the person who owns compliance, and simple enough to pick up and use straight away.
For everyone else
Your team downloads it once, enters your company code, and that’s the last admin they ever do. Nudges arrive. They read them. They collect points.

Evidence and audit
Annex A asks you to show that your people have had appropriate awareness training. InfoNudge records every content view and every quiz result against the individual who did it, with a date. When the question comes, you’ve got the answer on screen.
InfoNudge comes as part of the work Consultants Like Us do with you, or on its own. Either way, the conversation starts the same place.
